This San Jose pack of wirewolves unload four songs with chunky guitars, heavy percussion, powerful electronics, and distinct throatwork. Although Lee Popa and SKINNY PUPPY's Ogre took part in the production process, DIATRIBE's self-produced track showcases their own capable studio skills. Four songs are on this single. DIATRIBE also has an EP available on COP INT'L as well as compilation appearances on THE CYBERFLESH CONSPIRACY (IIM), SHUT UP KITTY (RE-CONSTRICTION), FUNKY ALTERNATIVES #7 (CONCRETE), 4FROM THE MACHINE (INDEX).
Due to LEÆTHER STRIP's overseas popularity and prolific career, we felt it would be nice to introduce North America to their high-speed synthrage. This "best of" CD features snarling guitar-less club tracks taken from most of their singles and albums prior to 1993. This CD is not among those released by Cleopatra.
When we licensed LEÆTHER STRIP from Zoth Ommog, it was stipulated that we release this compilation as well. This disc features exclusive remixes of popular industrial-fueled, techno-dance tracks by A-HEAD, X MARKS THE PEDWALK, TRANCEFORMER, U-TEK, NEGROSEX, SHIFT, NOISE CONTROL, NAUTILUS, KOMAKINO, PORNOTANZ, BLIND VISION and Y-DECIBEL. This was compiled by Zoth's Talla 2XLC.
Rather than treading water in the lake of speed metal-driven MINISTRY clones, 16 VOLT pioneered the melding of garage-influenced guitar riffs with militant sequencing, brutal club-friendly percussion and Eric's distinct raspy croon. David Ogilvie (SKINNY PUPPY, DROWN, DINK, NIN) and Fluffy (MINISTRY, ARMAGEDDON DILDOES, TESTIFY) split the production work, but they only enhanced 16 VOLT's sound, rather than altering it. Wisdom & Skin are licensed overseas to Offbeat (FRONTLINE ASSEMBLY's label!)
These old school Vancouver-bred synthpunk veterans combine lurching club beats, anger-driven vocals, eerie samples, rhythmic noise and soundscraping guitar stabs on their 3rd CD. Their self-titled debut and WASTED SKY were released by Kk, but METROPOLIS licensed WASTED SKY for the U.S. CHRISTMEISTER, their second CD, was released on Onslot, but it is a very difficult CD to locate...they're working on re-releasing this!!
An Albany, NY-based tribe of gloomy guitar-bloated techno thugs who juxtapose thick riffwork with a stark melothic vocalist, subtle sample augmentation, and a cyber foundation. Prior to FIRETRIBE they released an EP called TOYBOX.
It's been a long time in the making, but the arrival date of Diatribe's debut is November third. Plenty of synths, guitars, and Marc's powerhouse vocals. Expect a CDsingle with bonus tracks as well.
"Ultracide" is a track that's not available on their CD. but it was so damn good we had to do a single with it. Also included are a radio and two club mixes of "Junkyard" (one of the remixes is by COLLIDE) and another non-album track called "Advanced Therapy."
On their 3rd CD, the RODENTS walk the line between dance & experimental music by combining cellos, violins, guitars and a load of exotic instruments with samples, sequences, and a singing/ranting vocalist. Members of CHEMLAB & BABYLAND provide guest vocals on a track or two. If you've never heard the RODENTS, check out their Clockseed CD first. Write for info on how to obtain their earlier CD's (Premonition & War Music).
This is the FIRST compilation ever that features all digicore bands performing cover songs. KMFDM interprets U2's Mysterious Ways, while SKREW, DIATRIBE, XORCIST, 16 VOLT, BLUE EYED CHRIST, NON-AGGRESSION PACT, BABYLAND, VIRUS 23, DEATH METHOD, CLAY PEOPLE, D.D.T., APOLITIQ, SOCIETY BURNING, FLESHHOUSE, and MARTYR COLONY.
Florida's NON-AGGRESSION PACT follows up GESTICULATE (their debut CD on GPC) with a sound that combines hip hop influenced percussion with their own style of emotive synth-&-snarlcore.
On this duo's third CD, they unload a 73 minute batch of tracks packed with sampled guitars, growling vocals, & funky percussion. Imagine a Swiss version of KMFDM. Their first two CD's (GROW-SPEED-INJECTION and GRIM-STROKE-DISEASE) are avialable on MACHINERY/NOISE, while the domestic label of their new CD, KILLER, is yet to be confirmed.
This second CD is the perfect follow up to Wisdom. Although the guitars are a bit louder in the mix, the electronic element is still present. Produced by Tony Lash of Heatmiser.
Combining a balanced mix of political punk and techno, this SF-based five piece serves up tracks aimed at both the dancefloor and the indie-rock scene. Plenty of samples, clear vocals, catchy guitar hooks, and even a remix by Mark Pistel of CONSOLIDATED.
Two guys from Seattle sing and scream with hardcore punk styled vocals over a fusillade of scratching, sample loops, organic percussion and the occasional guitar.
On this six song release, they add more of an electronic element to the mix than on Firetribe, resulting in a cyber-metal hybrid. This was co-produced by DIE WARZAU with Burt from FEAR FACTORY contributing guest vocals & SISTER MACHINE GUN's Chris Randall providing editing. The import version will be called "Cringe".
This compilation features all previously unreleased songs or mixes by CHEMLAB, SKREW, 16 VOLT, HATE DEPT., PENAL COLONY, KILLING FLOOR, APPARATUS, COLLA DESTRA, VAMPIRE RODENTS w/ SPAHN RANCH, ACUMEN, SMP, SOCIETY BURNING, TINFED, CLAY PEOPLE, DEATH INDUSTRY, PAIN EMISSION.
Distancing themselves from their previous discordance, the RODENTS' opt for smoother, more danceable compositions. Imagine MEAT BEAT MANIFESTO accompanied by a symphony. 18 guest vocalists take part, such as singers from CHEMLAB, 16 VOLT, HATE DEPT., BATTERY, PENAL COLONY...
This North Carolina trio alternates between guitars and electronics so smoothly that neither dominates the mix, while the percussion is a hip hop/industrial hybrid and the vocals cater to the goth crowd and rivetheads alike. This should appeal to fans of CHEMLAB and SISTER MACHINE GUN. Oh yeah, Lee Popa produces one of the tracks.
This Colorado duo combines gut-wrenching vocals with a nice blend of guitars & synths. Because we received so many remixes, courtesy of HATE DEPT., DROWN, IDIOT STARE, ALIEN FAKTOR, & APPARATUS, we're releasing this as the Entropy Lingua MCD. Tactiq, their CD of original songs, will follow soon. Both discs are quite different, so be sure to check each one out.
This LA due introduces ethereal with an edge; imagine 4AD meets Wax Trax. Their music combines beat-friendly synthwork and subtle guitars with lush operatic vocals and soothing keyboard fills. Cevin Key (SKINNY PUPPY/DOWNLOAD) and CHRIST ANALOGUE provide remixes on this CD. Licensed to Offbeat for Europe.
Included are CD versions of "Deep" & "Violet's Dance," an acoustic version of "Deep," CHRIST ANALOGUE's remix of "Deep," & a "Violet's Dance" remix by APPARATUS.
This ACUMEN/CLAY PEOPLE collaboration resulted in a diverse mixture of club tracks and alterna-metal anthems. One of the highlights of this guitar-chunky, stomp-inducing, dual vocal fronted release is their medley of NITZER EBB's Join in the Chant with Murderous.
Critter produced this release, while both William Tucker and BLACK METAL BOX's Marc LaCorte played on it. This CD is their most accessible release to date. Distributed by EMD (EMI Music Distribution) in the U.S. and licensed to Offbeat for Europe.

After a three year hiatus, this Florida duo is back with more
groove-oriented aggression.
Plenty of cyberthug goodness from this San Francisco based politicore militia. Josh Tobias, whose known for his work with EBN, MEAT BEAT MANIFESTO, and CONSOLIDATED, produced his CD.
This single combines some LP tracks with exclusive remixes of various cuts by INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, ALIEN FAKTOR, and CHRIST ANALOGUE.
This CD is their most industrial-dance oriented to date. This was produced by George Hagegeorge from UNDER THE NOISE.
On this LP length single are two mixes of "Strange Day" (one is a radio edit and the other is a club mix by UNDER THE NOISE), five versions of "Pariah" (including two by SWAMP TERRORISTS and one by CHRIST ANALOGUE), "We Are All Sick" remixed by DROWN, and their club-friendly version of HOUSE OF PAIN's "Jump Around."
These Bay Area-based urchins delve into the world of discordant rock and unconventional sequencing resulting in a COP SHOOT COP-ish flavor, but a little more electronic.
After releasing the Texture ov Despise CD on their Manifest label, they've decided to let us get in on the action. Wade's new vocal layering technique banishes any of his previous Reznor comparisons
Another CD single that is longer than most albums. There are four versions of "Optima" remixed by BEYOND WITHIN, PHOBIA, UNDER THE NOISE, and a radio edit, in addition to a club mix of "This Shall Not Breathe", COLLIDE's remix of "Cold Magnetic Sun", DIE WARZAU's remix of "Surface Like Nerve", an exclusive song called "Antibody" and their cover of DR.DRE/ICE CUBES' "Natural Born Killaz".
A short while ago, this female-fronted cybergoth band self-released an unmastered untitled CD. We liked it so much, we not only had them master it, but we threw on a bonus track and five remixes, including one by Christ Analogue and another by Collide. Vancouver never tasted this good!
A synthcore version of the Pulp Fiction soundtrack, featuring
16 VOLT, CHRIST ANALOGUE, COLLIDE, PURR MACHINE, SOCIETY BURNING, NON-AGGRESSION PACT, HEXEDENE, HOTBOX, KILLING FLOOR, NIMPF and TINFED. The movie dialogues that appear on the original Pulp Fiction soundtrack are also featured, but rewritten with a cyberpunk bent.
Permission Magazine compiled this disc of cyber and goth bands covering television theme songs, and they wanted us to release it. "Baby, have you ever wondered, wondered whatever happened to me? I'm living on the air in Cincinnati, Cincinnati WKRP..."
We added another 20 bands and turned it into a double CD. The line-up includes; COLLIDE, NUMB, TERMINAL 46, ALIEN FAKTOR with PAIN STATION, INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, BATTERY, ELECTRIC HELLFIRE CLUB, 29 DIED, PINCHPOINT, ONEIROID PSYCHOSIS, HATE DEPT., IDIOT STARE, KERVORKIAN DEATH CYCLE, SOCIETY BURNING, CHRIST ANALOGUE, 16 VOLT, SWEAT ENGINE, ALIEN SEX FIEND, KILL SWITCH...KLICK, LIQUID SEX DECAY, CUT RATE BOX, HALOBLACK, LORETTA'S DOLL, LICK, WRECKAGE, IKON, EX-VOTO, THE THESSALONIAN DOPE GODS, TRIPLE POINT, STONE 588 and DYSTOPIA ONE.
Members of 16 VOLT, HALOBLACK, CHEMLAB and THRILL KILL KULT unite on this electro-fueled offering. Some of the tracks appeared on HELLBENT's
out-of-print 5th Colvmn release..
This is the sequel to SHUT UP KITTY featuring VAULT.9 ("The Devil Went Down To Georgia"), SOCIETY BURNING ("Love Fool"), NEW MIND ("Waterfalls"), MINDLESS FAITH ("When Doves Cry"), PAIN STATION ("Safety Dance"), SMP ("Metro"), TRUST OBEY ("Revenge"), ALIEN FAKTOR ("You Oughta Know"), ORDNANCE ("Sabotage"), HEXEDENE ("Diamonds are Forever"), ONEIROID PSYCHOSIS ("Animal Magnetism"), TINFED ("Policy of Truth"), HATE DEPT. ("You Spin Me Round"), HOTBOX ("Just a Girl"), db9d9 ("Don't You Want Me"), PURR MACHINE ("MMMbop"), and THE WFG ALL-STARS featuring Waiting For God's singer and lead programmer ("Ice Ice Baby").
Dig if you will a picture of two guys, a shitload of electronic gear, a guitar, and a healthy appetite for strife. Colorado hasn't been the same since. 11 Songs. Plenty of club beats. No remixes. No pogs.

This 14 track CD features remixes of 10 of their songs, plus three upgraded cover tunes ("Obsession", "Son of a Preacher Man", "Whip It"), and one new track. Among the remixers are members from SPIRITS IN SIN, DAS ICH, ALIEN FAKTOR, WAITING FOR GOD, CROCODILE SHOP, SMP, T.H.C., REGENERATOR, and IDIOT STARE.
Betsy Martin from CATERWAUL, Kevin Kipnis from KOMMUNITY FK, and Kirk Hellie from PINK NOISE TEST join forces to create 'atmospherica;' the melding of ethereal rock with a touch of electronica.
Ex-CATERWAUL singer Betsy Martin combines her addictive ethereal warble with ex-KOMMUNITY FK bassist Kevin Kipnis to form a distinct atmospheric entity. This CD single features 9 cuts, with remixes by Tom Muschitz (ALIEN FAKTOR) and Boom (SOCIETY BURNING).
Jonathan Sharp (NEW MIND, BIO-TEK) joins the Re-Con clan with this synth-drenched, female-fronted project. Imagine COLLIDE with less etherealness and more breakbeats! This CD will be released in Europe with different mixes and remixes on the Side-Line label. Expect the US version to be a harder-sounding release, with remixes from ALIEN FAKTOR, SMP and ONEIROID PSYCHOSIS. To get a taste of their sound, check out their track on COP International's Diva X Machine compilation.
It has been a couple years since their Quarter Inch Thick CD was recorded, so expect this to be a more mature release. It's been compared to DOWNLOAD with female vocals.
Although it wasn't compiled by us, a friend asked if we'd release his tribute to the MISSION. It was pretty cool and he let me add some tracks, so expect a nice mix of goth and synthcore talent. The line-up includes CHRIST ANALOGUE, THE LAST DANCE, FAHRENHEIT 451, WRECKAGE, STONE 588, THE SHROUD, PURR MACHINE, CRUCIFORM, DESMO DONTE, EX-VOTO, HUMAN DRAMA, EVA O. with STUN GUN, SOCIETY BURNING, HOTBOX, and TUNGSTEN COIL.
A limited edition vinyl-only 12" with 2 songs each by CHEMLAB, SKREW, DIATRIBE & MALHAVOC. CHEMLAB & DIATRIBE provide exclusive mixes.
We join hands with Cleopatra for this 9 song vinyl-only club sampler featuring PSYCHOPOMPS, SWAMP TERRORISTS, DIGITAL POODLE, 16 VOLT, SPAHN RANCH, KILLING FLOOR, ELECTRIC HELLFIRE CLUB, NON-AGGRESSION PACT, LEATHERSTRIP.
Four songs: two by emo-core rock bands (EGGBOUND/BALANCE) and the other two by PAIN EMISSION and 16 VOLT. The 16 VOLT track is Hand Over End off Wisdom.
